HWS Barbell Club is our ongoing Olympic weightlifting program for athletes ready to train with purpose and consistency. This program is built for lifters who want to refine technique, build strength, and improve performance in the snatch and clean & jerk through structured programming and hands-on coaching.
Training sessions focus on smart progressions, individualized feedback, and long-term development in a focused, team-driven environment. Whether your goal is to lift heavier, move better, or compete, HWS Barbell Club provides the coaching and structure to help you continue progressing as a weightlifter.
